It’s a good question. Mahouvé is a powerhouse in the middle of the midfield three, so it could well be something to consider if results don’t pick up. Then again, we won the bloody League Cup last season playing exactly this way, so I’m hoping it’s mostly just a case of a better standard of opposition putting their chances away. I guess we’ll see!
